تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك للموقع الإلكتروني وتطبيق "الواحة 218" للأجهزة المحمولة (يُشار إليهما معاً بـ "المنصة"). يُرجى قراءة هذه الشروط بعناية. باستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك تقر بموافقتك على التعاقد مع مركز الصالح لتقنية الخدمات الإلكترونية والالتزام بالشروط والسياسات المنشورة.
1. استخدام المنصة والخدمات:
- تعمل الواحة 218 كمنصة تقنية وسيطة (Facilitator) لربط المستخدمين (المشترين) مع الوكلاء المعتمدين أو التجار (Merchants).
- جميع الشروط التجارية (مثل الأسعار، ورسوم الشحن، وطرق الدفع) يتم الاتفاق عليها بين المشتري والوكيل مباشرة. لا تملك المنصة أي سيطرة ولا تتدخل في هذه الشروط التعاقدية.
- لا تدخل المنصة في حيازة أي منتجات أو خدمات يقدمها الوكلاء، ولا تتحمل أي مسؤولية ناتجة عن التعاملات المباشرة بين الأطراف.
2. إخلاء المسؤولية:
أنت تقر وتوافق على أن الواحة 218 غير مسؤولة عن:
- جودة السلع أو الخدمات المقدمة من الوكلاء أو مطابقتها لتوقعاتك.
- أي ضرر أو خسارة ناتجة عن تعامل المشتري مع الوكيل خارج إطار العمليات التقنية الموثقة.
- عدم توفر خدمات الشحن أو الرصيد لدى الوكلاء في أوقات معينة.
3. المعلومات الشخصية والحساب:
- يتطلب استخدام الخدمة إنشاء حساب بمعلومات دقيقة (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني).
- أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك ورمز التحقق (OTP).
- تخضع المنصة للقوانين الليبية المحلية فيما يتعلق بحماية البيانات وخصوصية المستخدم.
4. إنهاء الحساب وحذف البيانات:
بإمكانك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وطلب إغلاق حسابك نهائياً عبر نموذج طلب حذف البيانات المعتمد من قبلنا. يرجى ملاحظة أن حذف الحساب سيؤدي إلى فقدان الوصول إلى المحفظة الرقمية وأي أرصدة متبقية فيها، لذا ننصح بإنهاء كافة العمليات المعلقة قبل تقديم الطلب عبر الرابط التالي: https://forms.gle/KMt3YCu4p2chKGeV8
Terms & Conditions for "Alwaha 218"
These terms of use govern your use of the website and the "Alwaha 218" application for mobile devices (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By installing or using the Platform, you are contracting with Alwaha 218 (operated by Al-Saleh Center for Electronic Services).
1. Use of Platform and Services:
- Alwaha 218 operates as an e-commerce and service facilitator platform. It acts as an intermediary connecting Buyers with Merchants or Authorized Agents.
- All commercial terms, including price, payment methods (such as through agents), and delivery, are agreed upon solely between the Buyer and the Merchant.
- Alwaha 218 does not at any point take possession of any products or services offered by the Merchants and shall have no obligations or liabilities in respect of such contracts.
2. Limitation of Liability:
You acknowledge that we shall not be responsible for:
- The Merchant's goods or services not meeting your requirements or leading to any harm.
- Discrepancies in images used on the platform, which are for representation purposes only.
- Unavailability of top-up or payment services through agents due to local network issues or agent status.
3. Personal Information:
To use our services, you must provide accurate identifiable information, including your phone number and email. We recommend guarding your sensitive information and reviewing your profile regularly.
4. Account Termination & Data Deletion:
You may stop using the service at any time and request to permanently close your account through our approved data deletion request form. Please note that deleting your account will result in the loss of access to your digital wallet and any remaining balances.
